Cody’s Repair Warranty
Extensive Parts-and-Labor Warranty
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Each repair is covered by a 1-year labor warranty! We also include a 3-year parts warranty, which covers failure of major components against manufacturer’s defects. Exceptions will be discussed by the technician at the time of service. *Note: Additional parts and / or unrelated failures are not covered by the warranty. Please contact our office with questions regarding your warranty.
90-Day Diagnostic Warranty
The diagnosis fee (service call to the home) is warranted for 90 days. In the case of a warranty situation, the re-diagnosis fee is warranted for 90 days.
If our technician is unable to duplicate your issue at the time of service, we will extend a onetime return visit free of charge to re-diagnose the original complaint within 90 days of original service call.
If our technician provides a written estimate at the time of service, but you do not proceed with the repair, we will honor our estimate for the repair for 90 days from the date of service.
Exceptions and Fees
- Any work performed to your appliance by yourself or another company after our technician has repaired and / or diagnosed the unit shall void our warranty on the diagnostic and repair.
- All returned checks shall be subject to a $20 return-check fee.
