About Our Warranty and Service Guarantee

Cody’s Repair Warranty

Extensive Parts-and-Labor Warranty

Cody’s Appliance Repair has a 1-year labor warranty!* We also include a 3-year major parts warranty, which covers failure of major components against the manufacturer’s defects.

*Note: Additional parts and/or unrelated failures are not covered by the warranty. Exceptions will be discussed by the technician at the time of service.

90-Day Diagnostic Warranty

The diagnostic and service call to the home is honored for a maximum of 90 days.

If the unit does not present a failure at the time of service, we will extend a one-time return visit free of charge to rediagnose the original complaint within 90 days of original service call.

We will honor your written estimate for the repair for 90 days from the date of service.

*APPLIES ONLY WHEN YOU HAVE PAID US DIRECT AND IN FULL FOR SERVICES PROVIDED. OTHERWISE, YOUR WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION  OF THE WARRANTY TERMS OFFERED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY. WARRANTY IS VOID IF UNIT HAS BEEN WORKED ON BY ANY OTHER PERSON OR SERVICE PROVIDER DURING OUR WARRANTY PERIOD.

Exceptions and Fees

  • Any work performed to your appliance by yourself or another company after our technician has repaired and / or diagnosed the unit shall void our warranty on the diagnostic and repair.
  • All returned checks shall be subject to a $20 return-check fee.
