Codys has been our go to for appliance repair for years now. Always the highest quality service and professional team! Robert E was out today to fix a dishwasher when our heating unit stopped working and once again demonstrated the high level of training and professionalism we’ve come to expect from Cody’s Appliance repair! We highly suggest using them for all your needs!

Andy was prompt and respectful and made me feel very safe – a great way to start the appt! He was thorough in his inspection of our fridge, which had been running, but not holding temperature.

Throughout his inspection, he explained what he was looking for and what it would tell him, thus educating me and making me feel more confident in his work and the decisions I had to make regarding repairs (or replacement). While he was out, he also took a look at our dryer to make sure it was running well and I opted to have him flush out the duct and service the unit. He complimented my efforts to keep our duct work clear, as very little lint came out of the line when he blew it out; it’s always nice to hear your efforts are worthwhile and notable! He also made an adjustment to our vent line, which dramatically increased the air flow. He also cleared our heating element of buildup and in cleaning that out, he managed to fix my auto-dry sensor, which had been unreliable for several months.

I never would have known and now my dryer works even better than it did before! Did it take time? Yes. Was it worth it to have a pleasant experience with a qualified technician who gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision about my appliance needs AND who gave me peace in knowing that we weren’t one load of towels away from a dryer fire below our nursery? Absolutely. And b/c I know you’re wondering, this cost me less than $200 – their pricing was really straightforward. I knew what I was going to pay for the visit before Andy came out and when he offered the dryer servicing (after the free inspection), he knew the exact figure off the top of his head. No BS. I would hands-down hire them again for any future appliance service needs and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I scheduled an appointment with Codys to get my dishwasher repaired. The ticket was assigned to Devin. He notified me 20 minutes before his arrival, he was exactly on time, and his knowledge and efficiency blew me away. Devin diagnosed the problem cause in about 15 minutes, and he had the failed part replacement on his truck. The whole job took less than an hour. His charge was less than expected, and he made several suggestions to extend the life of the dishwasher. Devin and Codys will be my “go to” for any and all applaince repair problems from now on!

A young man came to our house yesterday and repaired our microwave. He was so polite and absolutely committed to solving all the problems within the microwave. He did a fantastic job getting that thing up and running again.

Had my washer problem diagnosed within 5 minutes. Had the necessary part on the truck and was installed within 20 minutes. Very friendly and had an answer for any of my questions. Thanks to Jim for a quick repair that made a 20-year old washer usable for a long time before I need a replacement.

I called Cody’s in the morning for an old refrigerator that wasn’t working. They scheduled me between 3-6 that same day. About 2:30 I got a text from SHANE saying he was 10 minutes out. SHANE is a very nice young man. I explained my issue with the refrigerator. Very competently SHANE diagnosed the problem & gave me options as to how to repair it. There was a problem with the circuit board. SHANE was able to repair it by soldering the burned out circuit. The fridge was up & running before 3. It’s been running ever since. I’m VERY happy with the outcome. Cost was only $60.00 in addition to the $125.00 call out fee. SHANE is VERY friendly & competent at his job. I HIGHLY recommend Cody’s. SHANE was super great, but I get the feeling all of their guys are really good too!

Nick repaired our fireplace. He did a great job checking, cleaning and fixing the fireplace. He was really helpful in problem solving another fireplace. Nick was very professional and yet so pleasant. I will request Nick again when we need to have our fp serviced.
