Dear Mr. Husk,
I am writing to comment on the service I received from your company today. I have a sub zero refrigerator that has been problematic for a few years. I had another company come out to service the various problems of the unit many, many times and thought it was time for some fresh eyes, so I contacted your company this morning seeking a service call.
To my pleasant surprise, your company was able to come today. No waiting a few days. Wow! Your technician, Ian Sanders, arrived promptly and was incredibly helpful and pleasant. He knew there was history with my unit but asked me not to tell him anything about it until after he examined the unit and made his own assessment. Ian was very professional, and it was clear to me he is a well trained technician.
After his assessment, he determined that there was an issue with the two fan switches in the freezer. He thought he had new switches in his vehicle, but it turned out he did not. He contacted your office and learned you only had one in stock. I heard him on the phone offer to run over to the shop to pick it up. Instead, one of your employees contacted a different technician, and learned he had one of the switches in his vehicle, so this employee went to where the other technician was working, picked up the second switch from him, and then proceeded to drop the two switches off to Ian at my house. I was amazed at this level of support from one of your employees to another, as well as the superior customer service that I received as a result.
After my encounter with Ian and your company today, I felt compelled to contact you to thank you for a job well done. The demeanor and professionalism of Ian, along with the support he received from your office, suggests to me that you lead your company with integrity. This is most appreciated. I will definitively be calling Cody’s Appliance Service again in the future should the need arise.
